We care about the quality of our products and provide a warranty in accordance with the terms specified in the warranty certificate.

❗ Important to Note:

Warranty service does not cover cases where the device:

• has mechanical damage sustained after the purchase;

• has been exposed to moisture or other liquids;

• has been damaged due to power surges;

• has damaged warranty seals;

• has been re-flashed or subjected to unauthorized interference with its hardware or software.

🔒 Warranty Seals

The removal or damage of a warranty seal automatically voids the warranty.

⚠️ Battery Warranty

Please note that no warranty is provided for rechargeable batteries (Accumulators/AKB).

How to Claim Warranty Service

To apply for warranty service, you must provide the original warranty certificate. If repair or replacement of the product is not possible, we will issue a full refund according to the warranty terms.

🚚 Shipping Costs

All costs for shipping the product to the service center and back are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns or exchanges are available within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product.

🔁 Conditions for Return:

• Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unaltered condition.

• Completeness: All original accessories, factory packaging, and warranty seals must be intact.

• Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our specialists will conduct a thorough technical inspection to verify its condition.

📦 Shipping Costs:

• Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Deduction of Original Shipping: If the initial delivery was free (covered by the company), the cost of that shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Unpaid Returns: If the buyer does not pay for the return shipping, the cost will be withheld from the final refund.

🚫 Refusal of Return:

If the product does not meet the return conditions (e.g., the item is damaged, accessories are missing, or warranty seals are broken), the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense.
